From: Richmond, Willliamsburg, and Hampton; I-64 E take the 4th View ST exit 273 – toward Ocean View. Turn left onto 4th View ST. Turn right onto US-60 / VA-168 / W Ocean View AVE. Take W Ocean View AVE toward Ocean View Resort Area / VA. Beach (Over pass). Continue to Second Bay ST- Approx 3mi. Turn right onto Second Bay ST. Cross hill and drive into parking area. From: Emporia, Franklin, and Suffolk; Merge onto I 664 S / Hampton Roads Belt toward I-264 E / Portsmouth / I-64 / Norfolk / US-13 N / VA Beach. Merge onto 1-264 E via exit 15A on the left toward Portsmouth / Norfolk. Continue onto I-264 thru tunnel until you merge onto I-64 W / Hampton Roads Belt via the exit on the left toward Richmond. Merge onto Northhampton BLVD / US-13 N / VA-166 N via exit 282 toward Chesapeake Bay / Bridge-Tunnel. Turn left onto VA-166 N / Diamond Springs RD. Turn left onto Shore DR / US-60 W. Continue to follow US-60 W. Turn left onto Second Bay St. Cross hill and drive into parking area. From: Virginia Beach Ocean Front; Take I-264 W. Merge onto I-64 W / Hampton Roads Belt via the exit on the right toward Richmond. Merge onto Northhampton BLVD / US-13 N / VA-166 N via exit 282 toward Chesapeake Bay / Bridge-Tunnel.
